REPEAT-O-TYPE / INK TECHNOLOGY TRANSITION INFORMATION

Ink Technology Corporation of Cleveland, OH has purchased the assets of Repeat-O-Type Manufacturing Corporation of Wayne, NJ. Repeat-O-Type's manufacturing operations will be moved to the Cleveland location by early in May. This page is designed to address questions about the transition from existing Repeat-O-Type customers.  This page will be updated as necessary to provide the latest information available regarding contact information, inventory availability, billing matters, etc.

Ink Technology is setting up a new sales office in Englewood, New Jersey. It will be staffed by Fred Keen and Richard Holmes, both long term Repeat-O-Type employees. They will be handling sales and support issues for all of Repeat-O-Type's existing accounts.

FAQ's REGARDING INK TECHNOLOGY / REPEAT-O-TYPE JOINING FORCES

Q: How should I place my orders?

A: If you have been dealing with Repeat-O-Type in the past continue to place orders by phone, email or fax to the same numbers and email addresses you have always used. If you have been dealing with Ink Tech continue place orders with Ink Tech. Repeat-O-Type's local and fax numbers will be changing, but Repeat-O-Type's existing toll free number 800-288-3330 will remain in service and will ring directly at the Englewood, New Jersey location after the move. Q: Who will be billing me?

A: Effective on or about May 1^st all invoices will come from Ink Technology and payment should be made to Ink Technology at their Cleveland office (below). Invoices rendered by Repeat-O-Type should be paid to Repeat-O-Type and mailed to:

Q: Where will Repeat-O-Type's products be shipped from?

A: Repeat-O-Type's manufacturing operations are being moved from Wayne, NJ, to the Ink Technology factory in Cleveland and at the conclusion of the move, the shipping point will be Cleveland for all orders.

 

Q: I am a Repeat-O-Type customer. Who will be handling my account in the future?

A: Fred Keen, the Repeat-O-Type Director of Sales and Marketing, and Richard Holmes, Repeat-O-Type's Account Manager will be continue to handle all Repeat-O-Type accounts, both domestic and export, from our office in Englewood, New Jersey. They will be employees of Ink Technology. If you have been dealing with another Repeat-O-Type representative your account will now be transferred to either Fred Keen or Richard Holmes.

 

Q: Will the products I buy continue to be made to the same standards as before?

A: Repeat-O-Type's formulas, manufacturing procedures, and specifications will continue to be used in making the products you are familiar with.

 

Q: Who will handle Technical Support questions?

A: Ink Technology has experienced chemists and technicians who will be happy to help solve any issues that may arise. Your sales rep will coordinate resolution of technical questions with Ink Technology's staff.

 

Q: Will all of Repeat-O-Type's products continue to be available?

A: We will be phasing out consumer inkjet refill kits, some mimeograph and spirit duplicating supplies, and most copier and laser toners and developers.

 

Q: What new products will be available?

A: You will now have access to oil-based impact ribbon inks, thermal transfer fax rolls, thermal bar code ribbons, and MICR laser cartridges.
