LEXMARK & COMPAQ INKJET PRINTING COSTS CUT WITH NEW REFILL INK SYSTEMS December 30, 1998Release Date: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wayne, NJ -- Three new Ink Refill Systems for use in Lexmark Color Jet ink cartridges are now available. They can be used to refill the black, color and photo Cartridges used in Lexmark's 3200, 5000 Series, 7000 Series, Optra 40/40N and 45/45N printers. They are also suitable for use in refilling Compaq IJ700 and IJ900 print cartridges.
The Black System refills Lexmark's Waterproof Black High Yield #12A1975 cartridges two times and yields four times as many prints as a Standard Yield #12A1970 Lexmark or Compaq #337709-001 cartridge. Like the Lexmark black ink, Repeat-O-Type's black ink is also waterproof. and yields sharp, intense prints.
The Color System refills Lexmark's High Yield #12A1985 Color Cartridge 3 or more times and yields five times as many prints as the Standard Yield #12A1980 Lexmark or Compaq #337710-001 Cartridge. The Repeat-O-Type cyan, magenta and yellow inks are perfectly color matched to the original Lexmark brand inks.
The Photo System refills Lexmark's 12A1990 or Compaq’s 337711-001 Photo Ink Cartridge 3 times and yields five as many prints as a new cartridge. Repeat-O-Type's light cyan, light magenta and photo black inks are color matched to the original Lexmark photo colors.
Use of Repeat-O-Type's Refill Ink Systems reduces printing costs by 60% or more.
An added benefit to refilling color cartridges is that the need to dispose of a cartridge still containing two of it's three colors is avoided..
All of Repeat-O-Type's Refill Ink Systems are *warranted not only against defects in materials and workmanship, but in the unlikely event that it damages a printer, Repeat-O-Type will repair or replace the printer at its expense.
