New Black Ink for Lexmark/Dell Inkjets Makes Refilling Easy
Cleveland, OH - December 1, 2005 - Refilling Lexmark and Dell black pigment cartridges has posed a challenge to the remanufacturing industry for a number of years. Ink Tech/Repeat-O-Type’s #554-DL16BK pigment black ink eliminates all of the problems previously encountered.
Some of the problems often encountered in the past were low print yield, ink starvation even after thoroughly cleaning the cartridge and light grey print.
Fred Keen, Director of Sales at Ink Tech/Repeat-O-Type says, "Users of our new ink report that it overcomes all of those problems and its performance is equal to that of the OEM Lexmark inks."
As an adjunct to 554-DL16BK ink, Ink Tech/Repeat-O-Type offers a choice of three different cartridge cleaning solutions as follows:
#900-CLS For use by operators of cartridge refill kiosks and low volume refillers. This solution requires a soak time of several hours and is gentle on the printed circuit and the adhesives that laminate the printed circuit to the cartridge body.
#1000-CLS For use by mid range rechargers. This solution is more aggressive than #900-CLS. The solution should remain in the cartridge only a short time and the residue should be flushed from the cartridge with water immediately after use.
#1100-CLS For use by high volume rechargers. This solution is very fast acting. It is designed for automated cleaning machines and must be removed by flushing with water and then centrifuging or vacuuming the remaining water from the cartridge.
