INK TECHNOLOGY AND REPEAT-O-TYPE JOIN FORCES

- Ink Technology Corporation of Cleveland, OH has purchased the assets of Repeat-O-Type Manufacturing Corporation of Wayne, NJ. Repeat-O-Type’s manufacturing operations will be moved to the Cleveland location by early in May.Ink Technology is setting up a new sales office in Englewood, New Jersey. It will be staffed by Fred Keen and Richard Holmes, both long term Repeat-O-Type employees.
They will be handling all of Repeat-O-Type’s existing accounts.
The combined operations will broaden the scope of products available to both Repeat-O-Type and Ink Technology customers. They will have access to oil-based impact ribbon inks, thermal transfer fax rolls, thermal bar code ribbons, and MICR laser cartridges.
Repeat-O-Type has been engaged in the manufacture of office reprographic products since 1931. Ink Technology is the world’s largest independent manufacturer of impact inks for the office supplies industry.
